home has been thoroughly screened and background checked. Mountain Maids will not compromise when it comes to your
security, and to this end we guarantee the following.

MAIDS SCREENS ALL HOUSEKEEPERS.
All Mountain Maids Housekeepers are REQUIRED to pass a background check
prior to being hired as Mountain Maids employees.
Additionally, our housekeepers are fully trained and experienced. For
security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the
keys, and the keys are stored in a doubly-locked box at our offices.
For added security, the keys do not reflect your address, only a numerical code.
MOUNTAIN
MAIDS IS A BONDED COMPANY.
Bonding is the insured guarantee that if an employee or hired worker of
a cleaning company burglarizes a client's home, the company will cover
the cost of the loss once the perpetrator has been convicted.
MOUNTAIN
MAIDS CARRIES WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE ON OUR EMPLOYEES.
Workers compensation insurance ensures that if one of our employees is
injured in your home they cannot sue you. Our workers comp insurance
will take care of them and their injuries including medical costs and
lost wages.
MOUNTAIN MAIDS PAYS ALL NECCESARY EMPLOYEE TAXES AND SOCIAL SECURITY.
Mountain Maids housekeepers are our employees and not independent
contractors. As a result we withold neccesary taxes, match social
security and medicare, FICA and take care of all other legal
requirements. We do not believe in cutting corners and do everything
right for your peace of mind.
