TERMS AND
CONDITIONS

Our
personalized estimate will ALWAYS include any applicable discounts.
Rates will be quoted per person per hour. Billing time commences once
we enter your home. Typically teams sizes are 2 or 3 people.
Mountain Maids the reserves the exclusive right to select the team size
based on the schedule and staffing requirements for the day in question. |

All
estimates are site unseen. The more accurately you can describe the
size and condition of your home, the more accurately we will be able to
estimate the actual cleaning time. PLEASE NOTE HOMES IN POOR CONDITION
WILL TAKE LONGER. We will bill you for the actual time cleaned in 30
minute increments. |

Mountain
Maids has a fee of $75 for a cancellation within one full business day
of a scheduled appointment for any reason. We ask that customers do not
cancel on the day of service since we then are in a situation where we
have reserved the time for you and may have turned other customers
away because our schedule is fully booked. As a result, cancellations
on the day of service will unfortunately have to be charged at the full
rate. |

Mountain
Maids has a $90 minimum charge which equates to 1 hour and 30
minutes of cleaning for a crew of 2 maids or 60 minutes for a crew of 3
maids. |
|
|
|
Mountain
Maids has three arrival windows a day Monday to Friday. Our
employees will arrive at some point during the following times:
8:00 am - 9:30
am; 10:00 am - 12:30 pm; 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Please note these ARE
windows and not exact starting times. |

If
you decide to commit to a regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule
Mountain Maids will always try to send out the same team each trip,
however to due maid’s scheduled vacations, vehicle issues or
illness we reserve the exclusive right to switch teams without prior
notice. |

7.

|
Although
we bring all of the normal cleaning supplies it is not possible for us
to carry all the variations of products available, so if you require us
to use a specific product on floors, counters, stove tops, etc. then we
ask that you provide that product and our employees will be happy to
use that product. Our employees may not use any product vcontaining
bleach. Should you choose to provide a specific product for our
employees to use you agree to take responsibility for the outcome. |

Mountain
Maids can provide laundry services, however we accept NO responsibility
for items damaged during this process. Mountain Maids would highly
recommend that the customer remove all dry cleaning items from anything
you would like laundered by Mountain Maids prior to our arrival. |

9.

|
Mountain
Maids has a 24 hour warranty from the completion of the cleaning
project. If we have missed an area, please
call us within that timeframe and we would be more than happy to come
out and re-clean the area in question, at no
additional charge. Mountain Maids does not give monetary refunds, we
would prefer to fix the issue in question, and use it as a training
opportunity for our employees. Complaints filed after 24 hours of the
completion of the project fall outside the warranty period and
unfortunately cannot be covered. Mountain Maids will not be held liable
for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to
pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage. |

By
authorizing Mountain Maids House Cleaning to clean your home, you are
agreeing in advance to our standard terms and conditions. |
